Special requests are not 100% guaranteed.  It is in the customers best interest to contact us prior to placing an order if there are special accommodations that are not pictured in the product. Once your order has been placed it is put into production immediately, therefore NO CHANGES will be permitted after payment is remitted.

ALL custom orders are based on selections from the variations when customizing your shoes, please be sure to double check prior to submitting your order that all variations are carefully selected.

We are not responsible for your selection of wrong sizes, age, colors, etc. selected.

Please contact us prior to returning for our merchandise return Address and a return number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
